Montana is zero degree tested and approved for four-season living so you can enjoy your Montana fifth wheel year-round. Montana's arctic insulation package includes Radiant Technology insulation and a layer of R-14 fiberglass insulation in the roof which is equivalent to R-38. The sidewalls are constructed of solid block foam which is laminated by three layers of luan and an exterior of gel-coated fiberglass for a value of R-9. The floor is insulated with a layer of 97% Heat Reflective Astro-Foil and a layer of R-7 fiberglass insulation for a value of R-21. All water lines, pipes and valves are enclosed, insulated and heated. The valves are easy to reach in the heated storage compartment.
Montana has a very comprehensive warranty. The roof decking and floor decking have a 25-year warranty, the rubber roof membrane has a 12-year warranty. The water lines are 10 years. The slide system has 5 years. Most major components have a minimum of 2 years all the way up to 25 years. Appliances have a 3-5 year warranty set by the manufacturer.
