...When we asked the local Keystone/Cougar dealer to do some warranty service, they said unless it was bought from them, no service. We were feeling a little lost when a friend told us to call your service department and to talk to Mike Singer, which we did. He said he would be glad to do the warranty service, as you were also a Keystone delaer. We took it out to him and it was done in the same day. About one month ago while passing thru Grand Junction, my Even Brake quit working. We were en route to a wedding in MO and were under time constraints. Your counter persons went all out to assist us. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people at Bob Scott RV's for assisting in the replacement of the canvas on our camper... I would also like to say "thank you" for an excellent job in replacing our camper to our satisfaction. We are looking forward to this spring to the time when we can once more enjoy our Jayco camper. Just a quick note to tell you how much we appreciated the way we were treated by you and your fine staff last Monday the 31st. As you know we had been in the process of purchasing a ... trailer from the local dealer here in Craig. We came to your dealership to see the model trailer we had ordered, just to make sure we were going to be happy with it when we took delivery. Because we needed the deal to go through prior to the first of the year for business reasons, it was very important that we knew what we were buying. After about 30 minutes with you on the lot, it became very clear to me that we had been misled by our local dealer, and that the trailer he had sold us would not come close to satisfying our needs. You and your staff were great in assisting us in picking a trailer that did suit our needs. While you charged us $400.00 more than we were going to pay here in Craig, we got a trailer 5 feet longer than the one we were ordering here, plus we got a microwave oven, radio, leveling jacks, equalizer hitch, elect brakes, dual batteries, and all installation included, that we were not going to get in the deal up here. Not counting the additional 5 feet of trailer, we received $1,295.00 worth of additional options we were not going to get here in Craig. Today I called you about an air conditioning cover. You gave me a good price and are going to mail it up to me. It is rare today to find any kind of a dealership, be it RV's, cars, or anything else, that goes that far to give a customer a good deal. We feel completely satisfied with the deal you gave us. We could not even have beaten it in Denver, (we checked) please rest assured you will get our highest recommendation to everyone we know. You have been placed on our preferred shop list for all repairs to damaged RV's, exclusively, for the entire western slope of Colo. and Eastern Utah. We will allow no one else to perform any maintenance to our unit. I cannot compliment you and your staff enough. D Collins |
